Coaching & SE Membership That Fits You
Whether you want your stroke analysed or looking to improve or develop a racing skill that is currently holding you back from competing at a higher level – we have you covered.
If our squad training times don’t fit your schedule, we offer tailored fitness-based sessions for individuals or small groups..
If you just need a Swim England membership to be able to compete, get in touch — for a small admin fee we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
We are looking into offering personalised training plans built around your goals, experience level, and schedule — whether you’re preparing for competition or building your swim fitness. As yet, we don’t have a system in place to roll this out online, but if you can’t wait, be in touch via the contact us form outlining your needs.

Masters competitive swimmers are assessed during the Taster Session, with entry based on potential—not just current ability. If you’re a former competitive swimmer, we’ll support you in rebuilding your technique, and fitness. If you’re not yet at the level required for this program, we’ll guide you toward our Skills Development sessions or Open Water program as more suitable starting points.
Swimmers must be able to swim 400m – no turns necessary. Ideally holding 2:15 or less per 100m. We do allow swimmers to swim the 400m as a mix of breaststroke and front crawl and if you are slightly off the pace not to worry – at the free taster session you will be assessed to see whether after given a bit more practice and guidance that you will be able to hold this speed or whether your starting point needs to be with our Skills Development session.
You must demonstrate the ability to swim 2 lengths with your stroke of choice confidently – no turns; fancy underwater phase or speed necessary. We cannot accept beginners or swimmers that are not confident with having their head in the water or have not yet learn how to breathe for Front Crawl. Please contact your local swimming pool for information on the Adult Swim Lessons offered.
Bespoke Training – we only coach swimmers who are Competitive Swimmers (Pool & Open Water) looking to refine a skill/ improve fitness or who are part of our existing squads. To find out more and how to book click here.
If you’re interested in obtaining Swim England membership to compete as a Masters swimmer, we can help you get it sorted.

Please note that all personal information is held only on Swim England’s Online Membership System (OMS) and not stored on ACEL systems, in accordance with privacy laws and GDPR.
Handling fee £25 & SE Fees £46.95 – Total £71.95. Once our swim caps are ready there will be a small increase in the handling fee to cover postage.
A club built around the goals of each individual swimmer — where every session is focused and goal-driven, giving swimmers a clear path to progress within a structured program. Our approach helps athletes develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to race successfully in both the pool and open water…
… And for those new to club life as a Masters swimmer, we offer a once-a-week Skills Development session to help ease the transition from swimming lessons to more focused training. These sessions are designed to build confidence, improve technique, and help you get comfortable training with purpose.

When pools reopened after lockdown, many swimmers returned to the water with little direction. Masters were often thrown back into large, generic aerobic sessions — with little focus on technique, skill development or training with intent.
Their potential wasn’t being unlocked. The one-size-fits-all approach left those eager to race or try open water events without the tools, confidence, or support they needed. There was no clear path for learning racing skills, improving efficiency, or even understanding how to take part in their first swim meet or open water challenge.
Breathe Believe Become
As we grow in the water, we grow beyond it becoming the swimmers we’re meant to be, and the people we aspire to become.
With Power, Belief, and Purpose
