We offer 1:1 training sessions for masters swimmers only (18 yrs+) who are looking to develop their strokes or learn and improve the skills needed for racing either in the pool or in open water.
Want to Boost your swim fitness?
We can also run regular bespoke small group sessions that are fitness and/or skills based — perfect for swimmers who aren’t able to join our regular squad sessions.

- Starts from £70 per hour
- +£20 per additional swimmer

- The number of swimmers

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN?
To see real progress in your technique:
- We recommend 1–2 coached sessions per month
- Plus practice 1–2x per week on your own

Two 30–45 min sessions each week are more effective than 1×1.5 hrs session every few weeks
Swimming is a technical sport that requires patience, practice, and persistence.
Some skills will click quickly — others take time. Even our Head Coach, with over 15 years of experience, is still learning something new every day.
Please note: We do not offer learn-to-swim lessons.
Our coached sessions are for Competitive & Open Water Masters only.
If you’re looking for beginner adult swim classes, we recommend contacting your local Leisure Centre for more information on the Learn to Swim for Adults programmes that they offer.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel a session within 48hrs you will be subject to a £30 cancellation fee.
