As more swimmers join us, we’re planning to add another session at Tiller during the week – we’ll update the web page as soon as it’s confirmed.

High Skills Session/ Power Resistance Training for Competitive Masters on full membership only

A power-based session designed with the short-distance specialist in mind. Using resistance tools and sprint-specific sets, swimmers are coached in how to train to improve speed – there is a high emphasis on hypoxic training and high-end skills specific to the 50 events. Also of benefit to swimmers racing at longer distances. Our Head Coach will moderate the intensity and hypoxic training to suit different race demands and the individual fitness levels of everyone attending.

Masters Competitive

18:30-19:30
Skills Development ~ open to all swimmers

This session is all about building your swim knowledge at your own pace, focusing on the skills you want to learn and improve. Whether you’re aiming to compete in your first swim meet or just want to have fun mastering all the strokes and racing techniques— like flip turns or the underwater dolphin kick. A session that is especially helpful if you’re preparing to race for the first time and working on building the fitness and speed needed to join our Competitive Masters Program.

19:30-21:00
Masters Competitive ~ advanced Racing Skills/ Aerobic Power Session

This session is for experienced swimmers looking to fine-tune the details that matter in sprint racing. We’ll work on advanced technical skills: starts, turns, breakout efficiency, and stroke timing — alongside pacing strategy and race planning. A great session for former club swimmers coming back into swimming and for swimmers looking to compete regularly.
